Meet Mary Grill

Mary Grill is a certified coach and an experienced trainer and facilitator who will help you and your business grow from good to great. She works with individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations wanting to focus, create change, and stay committed to their vision and purpose.
She has a variety of workshops, the most popular being Surviving and Thriving in the Workplace, Creating a Culture of Candor, Rediscovering and Engaging Your Passion, and Nourishing the Heart that Serves. She leads staff and board retreats, facilitates strategic planning, and is expert at developing training to meet the needs of her clients. As a consultant, she will listen closely to what you want to accomplish then will develop and implement a workplan to meet your individual needs.
She has more than 25 years of experience, including coporate experience with Reebok and Abbott Laboratories where she was involved with sales and promotions. She has government experience with the Michigan Community Service Commission where she directed public relations, marketing, and special events. She also has nonprofit experience where she progressed from program director to executive director with organizations such as the YMCA, Michigan Nonprofit Association, AmeriCorps, and others.
She is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Professional Coaches Association of Michigan. She is a member of the Coaching the Global Village consultants team and is working to bring “the coach approach” to nonprofit organizations and NGOs worldwide.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio, and received her coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California. She and her husband, Paul, who is a full-time farmer, live northeast of Lansing, Michigan.
